A phone screening with the recruiter and then a Zoom interview with a potential supervisor. The interview is mostly behavioral with some questions about your past experience on your resume.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Oslo) in Feb 2024
Interview
There was job for short term engagement and I applied to that job. I was 100% relevant to that job with my previous experience and education. But its a shame they just send automated rejection mail within no time without even giving a feedback or something. So bad process. Never applying again.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy, about 2.5 hours long. They gave me some thermofisher souvenirs, which I thought was very nice. One thing that I highly disliked about their process is that I never heard back from them. It is common courtesy to at least let the interviewee know that they did not get the job so that they can move forward with a job offer at another company.
