Interview
Ghosted! Applied for position on company website, internal recruiter reached out two weeks later and had a positive screening interview. I followed up with two emails. but no response. Then, two months later the recruiter calls back and says sorry for the delay, but they'd like to schedule panel interviews for the position. Had 6 separate zoom interviews over the course of ten days. I was told I would hear back on status or next steps from the recruiter. Once again silence; I followed up with three emails (recruiter & hiring mgr) but no response. Three months later still no response of any kind. In addition to being disappointed as I felt the interviews had gone well, the lack of response from Thermo Fisher is highly unprofessional
