The interview process started out very well with a recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, followed fairly quickly with a panel interview with perspective teammates. Then a lengthy period of time passed during the summer months which I presumed was due to holidays, vacations, etc. I reached back out to the HR Recruiter and she confirmed that was the case and apologized. I again spoke to the hiring manager and onto a Sr HR Manager. I then never heard anything again and didn't have any contact information being the Recruiter I had was at the end of her contract before I even had my last HR interview. At the end of my interview with the Sr HR Manager, I was told I would be hearing back from the team. I never have heard from anyone via phone or email and now almost 3 months has passed since the Sr HR Manager interview and I see the position has been reposted with a slightly different title, same content. I am very disappointed to say the least that I was ghosted by many at ThermoFisher which is very unprofessional in my opinion. If the decision was made to not extend me an offer, please just tell me. I was really looking forward to the opportunity and working with the team. I now have a very bad impression towards a company that should truly be world class in its hiring practices and communication. Maybe I just had too high of expectations of a Fortune 100 and World's Most Admired company.
