Interview
The recruiters never respond when you want updates and they will just leave you hanging. I have done 3 phone interviews + 3 video interviews for 3 different positions with in the last 6 months and they always ghost you and no one replies. I was asked if I am available for a panel interview and they just stopped replying. Annoying and sad kinda but whatever, the recruiters are unprofessional. One of the recruiters said they were sorry that the last recruiter didn’t reply but then they did the same thing ?

Interview
First had an interview with the hiring manager. Then had an online interview with three different supervisors separately. Was told ahead of time how the interviews would work when discussing with hiring manager
I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Very rigorous interview full of pre planned questions. It’s difficult to get to know the interviewers. Come prepared with technical knowledge of the job. They expect you to be very familiar with equipment and protocols for scientific positions.

Interview
Quick progression once it started. HR interview, then hiring team, then actual team panel. Some technical questions, mostly behavioral. Very clear outline for what to expect. After each interview by end of day I got a call to schedule the next. Then after my final interview they called to give me an offer. Only 3 days (over a weekend) to review and sign.
