It was supposed to be 3 rounds, ended up having 4 rounds (recruiter, hiring manager's manager, hiring manager, and panel with the team) because the hiring manager was new, and they wanted her and her manager to speak with me. 30 minutes with each person.
I was strung along for 5 weeks through the entire interview process. After the final round I received one response from the recruiter that they're waiting for feedback. I followed up for 3 weeks afterward, once a week, and never received a reply. At least have the decency to send a rejection letter instead of ghosting candidates that have spent time and energy speaking with your employees.
