I got an interview within a day of applying. I was told by the recruiter that I fit the job perfectly... BUT when I was waiting on scheduling my second interview, I get an automatic response that says I'm not moving forward! SHOCKED, I had to reach out twice to the recruiter for any information. I was finally told that I didn't have enough "GOVERNANCE" and they moved on. I was really disappointed in the entire interview process and how they really lacked responding. If you aren't in there already- it's REALLY hard to get a job..even if you have great referrals from within!!
