Firstly application through the company website and in a first round there is a general HR phone call (approx 30 mins) checking professional background, motivation, foreign language skills and expected salary. 2nd round with manager(s) at given department and it is about a deeper cognition and position details. If requested, 3rd round might be needed, otherwise they send an offer or let you know if it was not succesful.
