Interview
First round interview was 1 hour via zoom with an HR rep and a general manager (also a former GLDP program graduate). Both asked about an equal amount of questions. If you pass the first round I believe you are invited in for an in-person final round.

I would call it a fairly normal process. I had 3 interviews. 2 were STAR format (situational questions) with senior leaders, and the final was more informal with the hiring manager. It took about a week to hear back in between interviews and to hear back from HR after the final interview.
