I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Overland Park, KS) in Dec 2022
Interview
It was a pretty basic interview. There was two rounds of interviews, the second one was odd. The manager said " We are very busy and short staffed, I just want you to know what you are getting into. I do not want you to leave your current role and then leave us if it does not work for you" Personally I was shocked but appreciated the honesty, I was offered the job via the recruiter over the phone. I even filled out my PI form. Then after that I was completely ghosted. I tried to understand with the holiday but its been two weeks almost. I disappointed and I feel uncomfortable after going to the interview onsite and then doing a virtual one. I wasted so much time for nothing.
