Pro: Interviews well organized, no longer than 45 minutes, 1 Round HR, 2 rounds with hiring managers, one of which I had to deliver a presentation how would I act on a given situation. Questions not very hard or too technical, pleasant atmosphere. No ghosting throughout the process Cons: They have a system with 3 final candidates, but there is no interview break between them, just the decision of the hiring managers so it makes the process look a bit subjective towards the end.
