4 steps - initial screening with recruiter - 30 minutes with hiring manager - 1 hour with hiring manager, role peers and HR Director. Competency based - 1 hour with SVP and VP level panel. 20 minute presentation and Q&A on business challenge
Interviews consisted of an HR screening followed by a panel with several interviewers, who each provided feedback on each candidate. Recruiter was helpful, respectful and communicative, and process was complete in a timely manner.
