First interview was a 15 minute screening call with a recruiter asking general questions as in salary expectations, why you’re leaving your current position, and seeing if you can do the basic requirements. Second interview was supposed to be a panel interview with the hiring manager but only one person attended. The interview was about an hour and the interviewer went in depth of the responsibilities. It was very relaxed. The position is actually what most companies consider a clinical research coordinator position and has no leadership or managerial responsibilities so if you have CRC experience you’ll do fine. I received an offer less than a week later but had to decline because the offer was not within the salary range the recruiter told me and way below my request. They were also unwilling to negotiate.
