The interview was very smooth and involved a direct conversation with the Lab Operations Manager. I was asked about my laboratory experience, and we had a seamless and engaging discussion.

I was asked to discuss my science experience and experience conducting laboratory research as well as what laboratory techniques I had experience with.
I had a screening interview shortly after submitting the application. The call went well, the recruiter indicated that I am well aligned with the role and that the would like to move quickly with the application so I can expect a relatively fast process. At this point I have been waiting for any feedback for 1.5 months and have not even received an automated rejection email.
