Interview
Despite being a huge corporation the interview process was quite speedy, which is not so common for companies of this size. The interview was online and the tone was quite informal.

I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Washington, DC)
Interview
Process was disorganized and poorly communicated from the beginning. I received one interview invitation at 10 PM for an interview the next morning, giving me essentially no time to prepare. Interviewers were unprepared and stated that they had not read my resume before speaking to me. The recruiter was slow to communicate and often required multiple prompts to schedule conversations. I was kept warm for over a month before receiving a generic rejection.
Overall, the process left me with serious concerns about the organization’s professionalism, internal communication, and respect for candidate time. Applicants should approach with caution and expect significant delays and difficulty with communication.
