Thermo Fisher Scientific Labs Project Manager interview questions

Firstly there is a 30min screener call with HR then a 90mins call with a panel of three people that includes the hiring manager. Everything went well but have heard nothing for three weeks now and the recruiter is ghosting me. Do better. I've taken nearly four or five hours out of my days to properly prepare for interviews and you cant give me 2 minutes for an email.
