panel interviewers from system engineering and mechanical engineering are very well-versed in Thermofisher product and passionate about sharing their field experiences. Had also provided clear expectation & scope on NPI development and legacy products that quickly brings me on key reliability program to implement. In overall the interview process was really fruitful that lead a very constructive technical conversation sharing that really inspire me to join part of the R&D team
