The interview process starting with an initial screening with the internal hiring manager where we discussed my resume and general experience/skills. After that there was a call with the Sales Engineer manager where we focused mainly on Thermo Systems as a company and how my role would fit into the team. Finally there was an in person interview where I toured the office and met with other members of the sales engineering team.
