ThermoWorks Electrical Engineer interview questions

Involved a phone screening, usual an no surprises there. Next was an on-site interview. It was ok, but was surprised it turned to be a technical interview and an additional interviewee attended without being notified. Needless to say, just wasn't very prepared. Then they had a take home assessment, which was strange and I believe first time this method was used. Just an interesting process and have 1-2hrs to conduct this test.
