Overall not a good interview experience. Had multiple interviews with multiple people for two different positions, the last one being more of a "panel like" interview with 8 total people. No doubt, everyone I interviewed with was nice, however HR was horrible at communication which ultimately led me to feel negatively about the company (I realized this is a common theme after reading other reviews). After 6 interviews with 11 people, I didn't hear a word from them for over a month - even with me checking in weekly for any updates they may have - the only reason I believe I ever got a response is because of my continuous checking-in. I just couldn't believe a company would neglect applicants like that after they spend hours of their time during such a stressful process. I found it highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Someone else said it best in the reviews, "the courtesy and respect you extend to candidates after investing hours of time (theirs and that of the Thesis team involved in the process) speaks volumes." If leadership sees these reviews, I would hope they reconsider their interview process, specifically how HR handles communication. I don't doubt they're losing tons of potential talented employees because of HR's incompetent ways.
