I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thesis (Portland, OR) in Jul 2022
Interview
The process initially went quickly which I was very excited about. I went through 3 rounds of interviews in two weeks, and I loved the culture of the team. I was feeling very optimistic about the job. I was told they'd make a decision within a few days of my last interview, but then I never heard back. The following week, I was offered a job at a different company, so I told the Thesis recruiter about my deadline to make a decision but they never responded. Disappointing after so much time and energy, but happy where I ended up.
