3+ months of interviews with the talent manager, potential director, team, and department vice president, as well as a 72-hour writing challenge. The people were great and the challenge fun, but the interviews were fairly far apart. They also announced they’d made a decision and then didn’t share it for over three weeks with very little communication and no explanation.
