Third Bridge Forum Operations Analyst interview questions

I applied through a recruiter. I had a telephone interview which I passed. The questions were a bit unusual e.g. who is your role model? I found out soon after that they wanted to meet me for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview was a 2-on-1 90 minute unnecessarily intense grilling by two cold and rude members of the team. Most of the questions were silly competency questions. At the end of the day, the role which I applied for was operational and admin focused. You don't need to be the most competent worker in the world just to organise these so-called Forum calls. Anybody could do this job... let's be honest. It's not a front-office Investment Banking role.
