I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
Quick initial 15 min phone conversation with pretty basic questions about yourself and your understanding of the company and role. If successful, this is followed by a 45 min conversation about your skills. Make sure all of your answers to be in the STAR format.
I was disappointed as I was asked a question about a situation I had never experienced. I first asked the interviewer to repeat, hoping they would word it in a different way, though they didn't. I then attempted to answer it by trying to make a similar situation fit into this one. However this didn't work and the interviewer asked the same question with the same exact words a third time.
Moreover, the interviewer started breathing very heavily down the phone while I was answering a question, which really put me off and confused me. I had to lower the volume as I couldn't hear myself think. Then I heard them yawn a couple of times. I found this quite rude and quickly realised that I hadn't done well in the recruiter's eyes, sadly, even after preparing thoroughly for the interview.

Have you every had to explain something complex to someone more than once?
Describe a time you went above and beyond to reach a goal.
Good, not that hard.
The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.
Good experience with the process. The communication was very clear and quick respons. You also get in advance a lot of information about what the interview is going to be focusing on.

generally chill interview with a fair amount of interview questions. The interviewers and the HR were very nice and engaging, and the interview felt like a smooth conversation. Overall really enjoyed the process and the people seemed very welcoming.
