There's a phone screen, case study and an invite to the company's offices depending on the role that you've applied for.
I was invited in after applying for an Associate Role, having already done a case study for another research-based position. Despite applying for one role, I was told I would be considered for another as that position would be filled internally (big disappointment).
Recruiter was v. polite and good to speak to. Kept repeating that this was more of an informal chat than an interview which was a bit of a put-off. For the position I was now being considered for, the recruiter explained the role in detail. Too much in detail using words such as "this is very much an entry-level position", "I won't dress it up, you'll be on the phones a lot". This certainly does put off people like me who are less than pleased with the nature of cold-calling without qualifying leads before-hand through emails & networking etc.
I was told afterwards that despite the early stage and only discussing my plans & background that the company would be moving forward with another candidate for the 2nd time with no feedback or response (the decision was made nearly a week later than scheduled). While Third Bridge does look like a decent company, I can't speak highly of its hiring practices or interview processes.
