Interview
The process started by written test. It was moderate test. Anyone with average knowledge of quantitative questions can easily crack this one. I managed to pass this test. Next round was a HR interview. For me, HR was very good and they asked very simple questions. They just want to check your communication skills. So if you are good at communications, you are ready to go to Technical interview. I cleared this round too and entered into Technical interview panel.
Here, they asked me about my projects that were mentioned on my resume. I explained it. Explain your projects as thoroughly as you can. That will be a positive impact of you on the technical panel.
They asked me about Databases, SQL, and some Data Warehousing concepts. That's all!
If you perform well in all three rounds you are almost in!

The first round was Communication round.Spot topic was given and was asked to talk about it for 1 minute.Candidates with good accent were selected for next round.Second round was Online Aptitude.It had four sections(Numerical Ability,Logical,Verbal and Computer Programming).Third round was Technical round.Questions were asked from Resume and it took around 25 minutes to complete this round.fourth round was HR Round.He asked about myself , project and family background.Then I was asked to leave and come back again for the final round which is the Manager Round.He asked me to introduce myself and asked questions like "why do you need this job?","What are your hobbies?","What is RDBMS?","What is normalization?" and "What do you know about the company?".I tried to answer them all.I was waiting outside for results and I was told that I was not selected.I don't know why I was rejected and I don't know on what basis others were selected.I was disappointed.
