I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thomas Built Buses (High Point, NC) in Oct 2014
Interview
Interviewed at a conference with the VP, just went through my resume and asked for more details. They were very nice and I was called back a few hours later and offered the position. I also came to High Point and had a tour, met my perspective manager and a few of the other engineers there.
It was a great experience and the only downside is that High Point isn't a mecca of activity, but Raleigh and Charlotte aren't that far. So that's not really that big a deal.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thomas Built Buses (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview went extremely smoothly, they hired me onsite, only one interview was performed, but a lot of questions asked by 4 people one after one. it needs brainstorming from begining to end
