There was none. I applied and they reached out to me for an interview. The first time was for a phone interview, I had something come up and couldn’t do it. The next time they reached out they wanted me to interview in person. They gave me an address, I showed up on time and there was ZERO parking at the location. I called the person who set up the interview with me, and she essentially told me to just keep looking, and even suggested that I park in a different company’s parking lot and that I’d “only get a citation”! I looked for almost an hour and no spots opened up in this huge parking lot. So where do the employees park?? Surely if you had special employee parking you could allow someone interviewing to park there for an hour right? I definitely felt like that would be the parking situation each shift which was a huge red flag.
I told them I would still be interested in a phone interview, (despite red flags), we set up a time and of course they never called or contacted me again. Seriously unprofessional and kind of suspicious to be honest. If you actually want to hire people you should probably make the interview process easier and accessible.
