First interview was with an internal recruiter on the phone and then I was invited to the office where I met with one of the partners and another recruiter. I was invited back into the office for a final round of interviews which were exhausting. I think I met with every employee in the Dallas office and they grilled me with questions for nearly 2 hours. They would interview me in pairs and basically ask the same questions over and over again. I think I also met with the same interviewer one of the other reviewers met with as I also think she was intoxicated when I met her. She was very aggressive with her questions and seemed to be slurring her words. I hope they've changed their interview process as it was not a pleasant experience and I would not describe it as very professional. However, at least they were quick to let me know they weren't going to be making me an offer.

Question 1
From the possibly intoxicated interviewer:
"Sooo howw musch did ya bill at yerr last compnie?"
The process was very professional and helpful. The recruiter contacted me after finding my resume on Indeed.com and set up a zoom meeting. She asked all the right questions to get to know my qualifications. After three days, I received a response that said although I have impressive qualifications, I was not selected by the employer and they wished me well in my job search. I was invited to attend a network group to get to know some of their staff better, so they may be able to match me to another job in the future.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thomas, Edwards Group (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I interviewed here a couple months back. It was a 3 week process; phone screen and 3 panel interviews. The phone screen and first 2 panel interviews were a normal experience, but the last panel interview was awful. The interviewers asked if I had any questions so I asked how many candidates they were interviewing for this position. One of the interviewers, an older women who looked like she was drunk got very aggressive toward and basically said it was none of my business. I should have left the interview then.
I don’t know how the interview would have gone if I was Caucasian, but if you are a person of color, my advice is to NOT give this place a second of your time!! The entire office is Caucasian; another sign Telling me I needed tor run!
