Interview
6 step interview process, with primary hiring VP, 4 diverse candidate interviews, and C level final interview. Very compliant with DNI principles as I would expect from TR. More important, the extended interview process gave me much greater insight into the overall direction and strategy of the CIO group, which helped solidify my decision to accept.

Question 1
What was unexpected (but very welcoming) were questions relating to my interests outside of work. While this may be off-putting to some - for senior positions such as the one I applied (and accepted) it was very welcome.
