They took our interview in my most ridiculous way possible. First of all, the interview was supposed to happen on 10 Jan but we received email for 9 Jan. There were most probably 100s of candidates for web developer came to give the interview on 9. However, they realised their mistake and decided to conduct the interview on 9 itself. The HR asked us to wait for 30 mins and then they will start. Unfortunately, there were other candidates who came for .net developer and c# interviews which was supposed to happen on 9. After waiting for straight 6 hours , all exhausted and tired, our turn has finally came. Trust me, it wasn't worth waiting. They conducted the interview in the most ridiculous way. They asked 24 students to sit inside a close room and the HR said she will throw questions , the person who will raise their hand first will be given a chance to stand up and speak the answer. There were almost 24 and only 7 ( including me) got selected. They asked the remaining to leave the room. I was pretty happy but suddenly the HR called 4 names including mine and said these people are on Hold. After giving answers also she judged us cause we are freshers. If you are an experienced and did internship at Thomson then that's good for you otherwise it's a simply waste of time.
