After applying online, HR called for a scheduled initial assessment at McKinley Hills. The initial assessment has the basic exams: grammar and vocabulary, audio comprehension & responding to emails (customer support). It is progressive, so if you fail an HR representative will call you and talk to you outside. It was kind of intimidating because you'd know someone failed when the rep says "you can bring your things". Then after the basics, come the job-related ones. There's comparing, coding, proofreading and finding errors. This is about legal documents and content (for me). After the exams, the rep will call you to tell you to wait for a call. Later that afternoon, I was invited for the initial interview. Basic questions and info from your resume will be discussed by an HR rep. Also, an extemporaneous speech about a certain topic and reading a paragraph about the company (to assess your English speaking ability, I guess), all recorded. There's also personality and situational questions. After that, they will contact in 3-5 days if you passed or failed. If you passed, a call will invite you for the final interview. The final interview was with two team leaders. Almost the same questions from the initial int, but more in-depth, serious and intimidating. Then, I was not called by the HR, but by one of the interviewers (team leader) and invited for a "candidate connect". Basically, she discussed the nature and flow of the work, and asked about how I found it. It was confusing because I had no idea if I already passed or not. After a day, I was called to go back and sign the contract.

Process was really smooth. Entire process took a month and a half, from application to job offer. 1st: Phone screening interview 2nd: Whole day assessment 3rd: Final interview with potential manager(s) 4th: Job Offer
