I got a call the same day I passed my application online. It was almost a 10-minute phone interview. After that, I was invited to drop by their office for an exam necessary for the position I am applying for. It lasted for about two to two and a half hour. After I finished, I was told that that the resource person would contact me after a few days since she was not around that time. HOWEVER, she did not reached me even I followed up asking the status of my application.
