Well Designed process fabulous opportunity for Interaction with management heads, lot of knowledge sharing,good technical discussion , overall a wonderful experience,truly cherished.Hiring process was smoother,the interview went mostly on my previous experience and responsibilities in my current role. Technical Rounds were challenging and you'll be probed a lot , but I can say its the best way to extract knowledge levels of the candidate,One thing , prepare well for the interview it's not a smooth ride but your efforts will be paid for sure.Panel is very good.
