The process took more than a month. I initially applied for a Research position, but after the first screening with the HR person, I was told my experience was too senior for the role, and that they would refer me to a senior position in the same field. I had my interview with the hiring manager, it went well, and a few days later they called back and scheduled another interview with two other employees. The interview was an hour long, and I was asked a lot of questions but given only a very vague and generic explanation on what exactly the market research would entail. One week later, the same HR person I was in touch with from the beginning sent me a very dry template explaining I was not selected for the role. Nobody bothered to call, or to give *any* feedback on my interview whatsoever. It's very unfortunate that a well reputed company like TR treats candidates this way. I spent hours preparing and hours in interviews, a phone call is really the minimum.
