Thomson Reuters Lead DevOps Engineer interview questions

The technical interview was relatively easy, questions were quite standard. The hiring process leaves much to be desired. During the technical round, besides the lead, there was a frontend developer (?) present, who honestly admitted right at the start that he knows nothing about DevOps. I guess he was just there to fill the chair or something. First time seeing this. But the "fun" part started later. It’s been three weeks since the interview - total radio silence. I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn, sent follow-up emails - zero reaction, just ignored. I guess for a company that deals with "information" and news, letting a candidate know the result is too advanced technology.
