Thomson Reuters Product Support Analyst interview questions

The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview, which further outlined the job role and its responsibilities. The questions asked were mostly focused on previous experience and the skills required for the role. I received a response within 2-3 days after the phone interview, with a decision to advance to the next stage, which was the face-to-face interview. This final interview was broken down into three parts: 10 min presentation on a given topic, competency based interview/chat, and a 15 minute Excel assessment. The Excel assessment was not very complex, however the time constraint added pressure. Initially, I was nervous prior to the interview, however this changed once I entered the building. Both the interviewers were extremely calm and approachable, with a relaxed yet thorough interviewing approach. They outlined company values and future goals very well, as well as progression opportunities. Overall very pleased with the interview process, communication and professionalism was excellent.
