Total 1+ month duration. 3 rounds. First round was with HR who didn't show up in zoom meeting only to later explain that she couldn't wake up early and then we rescheduled. It happens! We are humans. didn't bother me. 2nd round with team for which our zoom call lasted over 1 hour. Really good experience knowing them and answering their questions. At this time, I told them I have another offer letter in hand and would appreciate if they can expedite the process. Into the 3rd round with COO, amazing person. Talked a lot about company culture and I asked her many questions regarding company future. I enjoyed the time and really learned lot about them. I was told by their team that they will inform me of the decision by xyz date. But they never got back. I sent follow up email. No response. No excuse on ghosting the candidate specially when they are through 3rd/final round. I accepted my other offer and didn't wait for their decision since they never got back by the time they said they would. After a week, got an rejection email.
