Interview
I applied through my university. There is a 30min phone screening followed by an interview with 2 engineers who you will be working with. They will mostly go over your resume and your personal projects, then ask you to code a simple problem in Python. The engineers were very friendly and the interview felt relaxed.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ThoughtExchange (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2017
Interview
I got the interview through my university co-op program. The interview was one-on-one, and included two basic (high-school level) math questions, one coding question, as well as specific questions about the company's product, mainly designed for us to learn more about the product and to observe our thinking process. The interview lasted an hour, with 10-15 minutes left at the end for questions.
