I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Quito) in Jan 2021
Interview
Almost two months!
These guys sent me an email to set an interview, this was the beginning of a series of steps. 5 in total. All of them via zoom.
1. Recuiter interview
2. Hackerrank exam
3. Technical exam
4. A presentation about a topic
5. Cultural interview
These guys took ages to reply, and after I "successfully" made it through the process these guys have the nerve to take almost 2 weeks to reply and to tell me that they'd like me to apply again in 6 months -probably- because they had already hired someone else.
I'm sorry, this was a dream company for me but after this, wow, super disappointed, these people have no consideration at all. At least be honest and quick with your responses. Idk if all of this bs is part of some kind of test to see if we can handle but I honestly think it's disrespectful. Thanks for nothing ThoughtWorks.

This was out of cycle as a candidate dropped the offer.
2024 interview process
