In person interview was great. Had a follow-up phone interview with the manager. I received and email a few days later saying they were finishing up the interviews, but I was one of the finalist and would be contacted the following week for a final interview. I did not receive a final interview. I received an email stating they filled the position.

A very thorough but comfortable interview process. My resume was passed along from a current employee which then lead to a quick phone screen, a 1:1 interview with my potential direct supervisor, and then a panel interview with the three director-level and above team members. If you're not a fan of frank and honest interviews you would run screaming for the door. Ever person I interviewed with was straightforward about the job expectations, but was much more concerned about a culture fit. It was made clear that coaching is always a possibility, but personality fits are a rare thing.
