I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thrive Market (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial call with the recruiter, then onsite to meet some of the team, then a second 5 hr long onsite with multiple engineers. The 5 hr onsite interview went through lunch and they did not provide me food or give me a break, even though they are a food deliver company, go figure. After receiving the offer I felt pressured by the recruiter and the engineering team to give them a decision as soon as possible. I ended up declining the offer because I didn't really feel like it was a good fit for me. They do vanilla javascript.
