Interview process was six rounds, including hiring technical manager, sister technical team manager, another technical team manager, product manager, and CTO. Interviewers across the board were cold and generally unfriendly. Notably, one interviewer was constantly checking Slack messages during our video interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter from Thrive Market. Followed up with a phone screen then a take home coding challenge. The on-site interview was 4 hours long and they were very transparent about the company cultures and being results oriented. I was very impressed by how responsive they were on getting back to me after each interval in the interview.
