The interview process for the comms and engagement role at Thrive Market was comprehensive and multi-stage. It began with an initial screening, followed by two interviews with leadership that allowed me to delve into my experience while learning more about the role and Thrive’s culture. The next step was a panel interview with four team members, all of whom were incredibly friendly and created a welcoming environment that made connecting easy. Throughout, I was asked behavioral questions and used the STAR method to provide clear, structured responses based on past experiences. Overall, the process was engaging, and I left with a strong sense that Thrive’s mission and people make it an exceptional place to work.
