Interview took multiple weeks to develop from initial contact. Things were highly disorganized, interviewer failed to show up or send notice ahead of call, had not read nor had available my cover letter at time of call. After claiming next was interview w/ CFO and after I offered (in response to compensation questions) information including a salary survey for the industry / function specific to this position, company "disappeared" again and never provided any follow up feedback. Basically "no further courtesy necessary". I guess being informed must have counted against you. Also, if you look at the ratings of this company, most of the 5/5 ratings are provided by their own executives, which distorts their rating dramatically. While this "attention" to Glassdoor reviews is a sign company cares about its image, the "expediency" of allowing their rating to be 2/3 derived by their own opinion of themselves, seems consistent with what I experienced in my interview process ... they "care" as long as they might get something out of you, then you are forgotten w/o even the courtesy of a notice despite all previous signals indicating the opposite. I would have a hard time trusting this company, and you should read the reviews from people who are NOT Director or above at the company carefully.
