Interview
On the phone, then they wanted to set up a Skype call, which I felt was strange. What kind of company would interview you over Skype. I felt I was just a number. We never connected on Skype. The recruited didn't even have a securities license, and he was hiring licensed consultants. Not a good fit. Wouldn't recommend this company!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thrivent
Interview
The recruiter was pleasant, transprarent, and non-salesy. The assessments took quite a while for me, but I can tell they are very focused on community involvement and are concerned with the type of people they want to work with.
Fairly easy as long as they know you are willing to put in the time and effort. They provide the training, but you have to be self motivated, thats what they want to see.
