The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thrivent in Nov 2022
Interview
They were very quick with scheduling the first and second interviews. After the 2nd interview, it took them 3 weeks to send me a denial which is ridiculous. Interviews themselves went very well and I really liked HR, she was very nice. Just seemed like a let down after interviewing twice.
Went in for an in person interview for an entry level manual qa analyst position. QA lead who was another contractor asked me a bunch of automation questions and half-way through the interview, his demeanor already told me that they don’t want me. I had high hopes for this job but I’m not the unicorn they’re looking for.
