I applied online and first completed a take-home exercise. Next stage was a quick onsite chat with my manager. Next was a video conference meeting (I was remote) with additional members of the team. Last stage was a final onsite where I met with the entire team 1:1. Three days later they extended the offer. This was the best interview process I have ever been through. Timely follow-ups, thoughtful questions, complete clarity and transparency through it all.
