Was reached out to by a recruiter and referred by an employee. Smooth and well laid-out process: recruiter call, on-site, coffee/sell chat, etc. Received a lot of helpful info from the recruiter and the interviewers. Everyone was welcoming and honest about the challenges (both wins and things that needed to be improved), which is what sold me on the opportunity.
