Applied on the company website. Received a email from HR to schedule an interview with one of the heads of Analytics. Interviewer was friendly, informative and passionate about data driven approaches. Asked questions mostly on background, behavioral and data related.

I got a take home challenge which I spent 6-7 hours on. No one got back to me for a week and when I followed up they said they're not moving forward and gave a very vague feedback saying depth was not there in the presentation!
