Below was my personal experience: - 30 minute call with recruiter - 45 minute interview with the hiring manager - 45 minute interview with a business partner - take home exercise to be completed - 45 minute presentation with a panel of 3 - 45 minute interview with another business partner After spending hours with multiple people during the interview process, I was ghosted. Emailed the recruiter multiple times for an update but no response. I understand you focus all your attention on candidates you want to move forward with, but you should have the professional decency to provide a response to others. 2 months later, still nothing. I would take an automatic system rejection at this point.
